Pursuant to the Personal Information Protection Law, relevant persons may make a request to Shinsei Trust for disclosure, correction, or suspension of usage of Personal Information. We will respond in writing within a reasonable period of time, after confirming the identity of the person making the request and the contents of the request. We will comply with the request to the extent possible within the scope of the relevant law and regulations.

Verification of the requestor's identity will be made. Identification documents such as a driver's license, passport, health insurance certificate or certificate of seal registration may be requested for the verification process. Any requests for personal information by proxy must be accompanied by a proper letter of authorization.

Handling Charge:
Please note that there will be a handling charge of ¥1,050 for disclosure. Details of payment will be furnished at the time of the request.
