suspension, etc. of the Personal Information. We will respond in writing within a reasonable period of time,
after confirming the identity of the person with such request and the contents of the request.
We will handle the request to the extent possible within the allowable range of the relevant law and regulations.

Verification of the requestor’s
identity will be made. Identification documents such
as driver’s license, passport, health insurance
certificate and certificate of seal registration maybe
requested for the verification process. Any requestor
who is not the relevant person as recorded on the personal
information handled by our business, must present proper
authorization letter.
Handling Charge:
Please note that there will be a handling charge of
¥1,050 for disclosure. Details of payment
will be furnished at the time of the request.
