Purpose
Shinsei Trust and Banking Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Shinsei Trust") has established the Management Policy for Conflicts of Interest (hereinafter "this Policy"), which provides for basic items to develop a management policy for conflict of interest under the provisions of the Banking Act and the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.
The outline of this Policy is publicly available as prescribed by the relevant laws and regulations.
